About
The heart of my work is supporting racial equity at the intersections of education, environment, health, and economy.
I enjoy bringing bold visions to life. Whether it be plotting organizational strategy, crafting a detailed grant proposal, or shaping values-aligned organizational practices, I have a knack for taking what feels big – even chaotic – and making it clear, compelling, and mission-centered.

I have raised over $13 million dollars for organizations during my time as an in-house grant writer, capacity strategist, and consultant. The organizations I work with focus on a variety of social justice areas, including: racial justice, anti-trafficking, environmental justice, youth organizing, elder care, health, animal welfare, housing, arts activism, and international development.
I am a licensed social worker and bring a relationship-driven, systems-conscious lens to everything I do. I earned my Master of Social Work at the University of Michigan with a focus on Afrocentric social work and community organizing. With an interest in conflict resilience, I trained in mediation at the Social Justice Mediation Institute in Amherst, MA. I earned my B.A. in English and religious studies magna cum laude at Lawrence University in Appleton, WI.
I'm a Wisconsin native and live in Saint Paul, MN with my partner, cats, and puppy.
